10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Autism Experts LLC, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:

11. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. It affects your legal rights.
You and Autism Experts LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service (including our Privacy Policy) will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration on an individual basis, and not in a court of law or as a class action.
Governing Law: These Terms (outside of the arbitration process) are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. For the purposes of arbitration, the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §§ 1–16) shall apply.
Arbitration Process: Disputes will be administered by a neutral arbitration provider (e.g., JAMS or, if unavailable, the American Arbitration Association) under its streamlined consumer arbitration rules. Arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator and may occur via telephone, video conference, or solely on written submissions unless an in-person hearing is requested. Arbitration shall be held in King County, Washington, unless otherwise agreed.
Waiver of Jury and Class Actions: By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to a trial by jury and agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis only, without class, consolidated, or representative actions.
Opt-Out: If you do not wish to resolve disputes through arbitration, you may opt out by sending a written notice to [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your full name, address, email, and a clear statement of your intent to opt out.
Small Claims: Notwithstanding the arbitration agreement, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court in King County, Washington.
12. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other policies incorporated herein by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Autism Experts LLC regarding your use of our Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We may assign these Terms or transfer our rights and obligations to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets without notice to you.
Limitation on Time to File Claims: Any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arises, or it will be permanently barred.
